Terms of Service

1. Introductory provisions

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use and ordering of the Tlačenica service (Tlačenica.sk) – online photo printing – operated by Huska Codes s.r.o., Hviezdoslavova 56, 903 01 Senec, Company ID: 56439962.

By creating an account or submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms.

2. Registration and account

  • Registration is voluntary; we require true and complete data.
  • The user is responsible for the confidentiality of account access and for all actions taken after sign-in.
  • The account may be canceled at the user's request or for breach of the Terms.

3. Orders and service provision

  • An order is created by confirming the recap in the application; the contract is concluded by paying the price.
  • The resulting print quality may be limited by the quality of the uploaded files.
  • Fulfillment deadlines and pickup/delivery options are stated in the application; they may be reasonably extended during high load.

4. Uploaded files and rights

  1. By uploading files, you confirm that you are their author or have all the necessary rights to use them for printing purposes.
  2. You grant the operator a non-exclusive license to use the files to the extent necessary to fulfill the order (storage, processing, printing, delivery) and for short-term archiving for complaint handling purposes.
  3. It is prohibited to upload content that is illegal, infringes the rights of third parties, or is inappropriate.

5. Prices and payments

  • Prices are stated in the application including any delivery fees; the operator reserves the right to change them.
  • Payment is made online via GoPay (payment gateway).
  • Orders are usually processed only after payment is received.

6. Delivery and pickup

  • Delivery/pickup options (including possible personal pickup in Senec) and fees are shown at order time.
  • The risk of damage to the goods passes to the customer upon receipt of the shipment/order.

7. Complaints and cancellation

  • In case of a print defect, contact us immediately upon receipt; we will arrange a repair, a reasonable discount, or a reprint.
  • Since the goods are made to the customer's specifications, the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason generally does not apply.
  • Cancellation is possible only until production starts; please contact support as soon as possible.

8. Liability and operation

  • The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability or being error-free.
  • The operator is not responsible for damage caused by circumstances excluding liability (network outages, third parties) to the extent permitted by law.

9. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy document available at Tlačenica.sk.

10. Service and Terms changes

The operator may reasonably change functionality and the Terms. Changes are effective upon publication in the application; for already concluded contracts, the terms valid at the time of order apply.

11. Final provisions

  • Relations not regulated by these Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
  • In case of disputes, the general court at the operator's registered office has jurisdiction.
