2. What personal data we process
- Customer data: first name, last name, email, phone, billing and delivery details.
- Orders: order data and payment method.
- Uploaded files: photos and related metadata required for printing.
- Event and gallery data: event title, date and description, uploaded photos and their metadata, and the contributor's optional name and email address. If the organizer adds the gallery to the public directory, we also process the submitted address and derived location data such as city, country, place identifier, and coordinates.
- Subscriptions: the email address and language preference used for gallery notifications or the newsletter; for the newsletter, we also process the current subscription status and the history of consent and withdrawal.
- Technical data: IP address, sign-in logs, cookie identifiers, website usage data.
3. Purposes of processing
- setting up and managing the customer account,
- processing and fulfilling print orders, delivery/pickup, invoicing,
- creating, making available, and managing event galleries, including optional publication in the public directory, location-based search, and uploading, displaying, selecting, and printing photos,
- sending notifications for a specific gallery and marketing newsletters to people who subscribed to the respective service,
- customer communication (confirmations, support),
- ensuring and improving the service, operational logging and analytics,
- fulfillment of legal obligations (especially accounting and taxes).
4. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract or a service requested by the user: operating the account and gallery, uploading photos, and fulfilling an order.
- Legitimate interest: security, gallery moderation, operational logs, protection of rights, and service improvement.
- Consent: optional notification subscriptions and marketing (only if granted); you can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: retention of accounting documents.
5. Data retention
- Account and orders: for the duration of the account and subsequently according to statutory deadlines (accounting documents typically 10 years).
- Photos uploaded directly for printing: after the order is placed, we make them privately available in My Photos for 30 days. If the customer chooses to keep the album, it remains there until they delete it or the service ends. We retain a separate order copy only as long as needed to fulfil the order and handle complaints, then delete it.
- Event gallery photos and data: while the gallery exists or until deleted by the organizer or operator; copies included in an order are retained under the rules for photos submitted for printing.
- Subscriptions: gallery notifications until unsubscribing, gallery deletion, or service termination; the newsletter until unsubscribing, while the consent audit history is retained to document consent and its withdrawal.
6. Access and recipients
- only authorized persons of the operator have access to the necessary extent,
- the event organizer and anyone with the gallery link or QR code can access the photos and the displayed contributor name; a publicly listed gallery can be accessed by any visitor. When a gallery is added to the public directory, its event address and location and the organizer's name or community label are also displayed. We do not publish the contributor's email address in the gallery.
- we use trusted processors (hosting, e‑mail, analytics, address lookup, and mapping services) with appropriate guarantees,
- data is processed primarily within the EU/EEA; external services (Google Analytics and Google Maps) may involve transfer to third countries under standard contractual clauses.
7. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
9. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to ensure website functionality and to measure traffic.
- Essential cookies: sign-in, session retention, settings.
- Analytical cookies: Google Analytics (aggregated traffic statistics). The Google Analytics code may be loaded in production.
