  • Orders: order data and payment method.
  • Uploaded files: photos and related metadata required for printing.
  • Technical data: IP address, sign-in logs, cookie identifiers, website usage data.

3. Purposes of processing

  • setting up and managing the customer account,
  • processing and fulfilling print orders, delivery/pickup, invoicing,
  • customer communication (confirmations, support),
  • ensuring and improving the service, operational logging and analytics,
  • fulfillment of legal obligations (especially accounting and taxes).

4. Legal basis

  • Performance of contract: processing orders and providing the service.
  • Legitimate interest: security, operational logs, service improvement.
  • Consent: optional notifications/marketing (only if granted).
  • Legal obligation: retention of accounting documents.

5. Data retention

  • Account and orders: for the duration of the account and subsequently according to statutory deadlines (accounting documents typically 10 years).
  • Photos for printing: for the period necessary to process the order and shortly after fulfillment to handle complaints; we then delete them.

6. Access and recipients

  • only authorized persons of the operator have access to the necessary extent,
  • we use trusted processors (hosting, e‑mail, analytics) with appropriate guarantees,
  • data is processed primarily within the EU/EEA; analytical tools (Google Analytics) may involve transfer to third countries under standard contractual clauses.

7. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
