Memories deserve better than being forgotten on your phone. That is why Tlačenica.sk now rewards you for every paid order of photos and products. With our new loyalty program, you earn points that you can easily turn into a discount on your next order — even up to the full value of the order.
How to earn loyalty points
For every €1 spent on photos and products, you earn 5 points. Points are calculated from the amount after regular discounts and are credited as soon as your order is successfully paid. Delivery does not earn new points, but you can use the points you have collected to pay for it on a future order.
The value of your points is simple and transparent:
- 1 point = €0.01
- 100 points = €1
- 500 points = €5
For example, if you order photos and products worth €20, you earn 100 points. Those points are worth €1 toward your next order.
We will add an extra 100 points to get you started
Every customer with a saved profile receives a one-time welcome bonus of 100 points worth €1 after their first successfully paid order. The bonus works the same way whether you create your profile before ordering, sign in with Google or Facebook, or order as a guest and complete your profile later.
After a guest order, we will offer you the option to save your profile. If you complete it within 30 days, you will receive the welcome bonus and the points for that order after successful payment. Your order history, addresses, and points will then remain available in one place.
Example: with your first €20 order of photos and products, you earn 100 points for the order plus another 100 points as a welcome bonus. That gives you 200 points worth €2 for your next purchase.
How to use your points
On your next order, simply enable “Use available points” at checkout. The system automatically applies the highest possible number of points, up to the full value of the order. There is no need to calculate anything or choose a specific number of points.
You can also combine loyalty points with a promo code. The promo discount is deducted first, followed by your available points, and you pay only the remaining balance through the payment gateway. If your points cover the full amount including delivery, the payment gateway is skipped entirely.
Your balance and history under control
After signing in, you can find your current points balance, its value, transaction history, and the nearest expiration date under My points. Points are valid for 24 months, and the oldest points are always used first. We will notify you before they expire so that you have time to use them.
If you cancel an order, the points earned from that order are reversed. Points used on a canceled order are returned with their original validity. Your balance therefore always reflects orders that were actually paid and remain valid.
